Include full name and contact information along with Team Name and preferred method of payment and I will reply with payment details and get you added to the roster. Golf usually last until about 11am or so followed by a Luncheon served @DMACC WEST CAMPUS (5959 Grand Ave) which includes free raffle prizes and Silent Auction….
